Welcome to Auxiliary E-Learning

Auxiliary E-Learning

Online courses are provided for the development of Coast Guard Auxiliary members. Many of them are prerequisites for certain levels of qualification in different programs.  To receive a login for Auxiliary E-Learning please complete the registration form below.

Courses are offered in the following areas: Member Training, Marine Safety, Operations, Public Affairs, Vessel Examination and Beta courses. Please click on the link below to see the course descriptions:

Coast Guard Courses

This site provides access to the Coast Guard indoctrination course, (e.g., saluting, uniforms, and other basic information), and other courses available to members of the Auxiliary.  Any member with an ID number can apply for logon access by following the directions available through this link.

Coast Guard Institute

FEMA - Incident Command System (ICS)

The Emergency Management Institute (EMI) offers free-of-charge, self-paced courses for ICS-100ICS-200, IS 700 and IS 800. EMI has implemented electronic certificates for all online test submissions. Upon successful completion, you will receive an email within one business day that confirms your transcript has been updated and a link to create your electronic certificate.  Provide a copy of this certificate to  your FSO/IS to register completion courses into AUXDATA.

 

Register for Auxiliary E-Learning

If you already registered as a user of Auxiliary E-Learning, do not complete the registration form. Please click Auxiliary E-Learning to go to directly to the web site.

To receive a login for Auxiliary E-Learning please complete the New Account form; please follow the instructions given below

Steps for creating a new account:

  1. Go to New Account and fill out the form.

  2. An email will be immediately sent to your email address.

  3. Read your email and confirm your new account by clicking on the web address provided in the message.

  4. Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.

  5. Now, select the course you want to take.

  6. If you are prompted for a "enrollment key" - use the one that your instructor has given you. This will "enroll" you in the course.

  7. You can now access the full course. From now on you will only need to enter your personal username and password to log in and access these courses.

 Online Testing

Online testing can be accessed at the National Testing Center; if this is your first visit to the new Testing Center, you will need to get a new e-Testing password (see the menu). Online testing allows Auxiliary members to take all open book exams. All Districts have been authorized by the CHDIRAUX to participate in the on-line testing program and will receive credit towards qualification, re-qualification or certification.
